Why is mentoring a wise investment?   Mentoring  works!

Research shows that children with mentors stay in school, away from gangs and off drugs (Public Private Ventures). While it costs $120,000 to keep a young person incarcerated, it costs just $1,000 to provide a mentor for a year.   Mentoring is cost effective!
